Quality Assurance Once we receive the purchase order, we start checking the order information,such as:quantity,process,material and surface finishes requirments as well as the import if they are in accordance with the quotation.
When placing an order, our engineering department will check the 3D and 2D definition if all the tolerances are ok to be machined or there are some design error or inaccordance between 2D and 3D as we as the notes in 2D. If necessary,we will issue the DFM report for your project.
For the material purchasing, every batch of material will be asked the material certificates. Beside we have our own Hitachi Spectrometer to test the material chemical component to make sure the material is the one that our customer needs.
A direct visual inspection means that the surface or shape of the block material can be seen and judged by our programmers and operators. And it is vey essential for us to take this step to avoid any risks in processing.
2.2-----First Article Inspection
In this part we will follow the instruction of clients, we support to deliever the first sample to our customers to qualify the parts before batch production, this is also applicated to CNC Machining and other rapid prototyping services.FAIR will be provided.
The parts after machining will come to our manual department,and our skillful and experienced craftman will check the parts with 3D and fabrication list when doing the post processing operation.
All Kinds of inspection reports will be submitted according on the client's requierment,including: ,3D scanning report, full dimensional Report, PSW,PPAP,Moldflow, Control Plan etc.
Prior to goods being shipped to customers, parts are to be packed individually,making sure them do not touch one another and cannot move around in box and parts will be wrapped with bubble bags. or we use void fill paper or loose fill chips in box. For the parts are easy to be oxidized parts,rust-preventative oil and rust-preventative paper will be put on.
